I'm Becca
I’m the fifth of seven children and my family are the most important people in my life. Making other people happy and doing everything for everyone was how I spent most of my life…until my mom passed away when I was 24 years old. It was then I learned that I had to figure out who I was and what really made me happy.
Loss has created clarity in my life and I’ve grown to know and love myself for the ambitious, thoughtful, creative woman that I am. How you spend your time, attention, and energy is so important – it’s worth prioritizing to match your values and goals.
In 2018, I finally said yes to putting myself first, and I learned how to treat myself with as much love and support as I spent my entire life treating everyone else. I lost 100 pounds and gained a great deal of clarity on my worth, what’s important to me, and how I want to spend my days.
It’s not about the weight loss – it’s about the peace I felt, the happiness I created, the adventures I embarked on, and the lessons (good and bad) that I learned along the way. All of that was possible because I decided to show up for myself every day, no matter what happened. Because I’m worth it. And so are you.

Document Review
Resumes and cover letters, and the job search process in general, can be very stressful! During this 60 minute live Zoom call, we'll review a document of your choice (resume, cover letter, CV, LinkedIn profile) and I'll provide suggested edits. This type of session is great for someone looking for lots of guidance and for those who prefer to talk through things in person.

Your first session, the 30-minute Clarity Call, is absolutely FREE! Once we confirm that you and I are a good fit and we want to work together, we will continue with 1:1 coaching sessions for an agreed-upon length of time. Each coaching session lasts about 60 minutes and is $100. If you want to pay upfront for 3 months of weekly 1:1 coaching (12 sessions total), you save 15%.
The number of sessions is different for everyone. If you have a specific timeline you want to achieve your goals, we can make a plan for how to stick within that timeline. How many sessions you need is ultimately determined by how much work you do during and between sessions and when you feel like you’ve created the clarity necessary to continue putting yourself and your goals first each and every day, even when life happens.
Each session, we’ll revisit your goals and values and evaluate your progress. You’ll have action steps and homework to complete between sessions, and we’ll talk about any roadblocks you faced that stopped you from achieving any particular action. You’ll answer questions, brainstorm solutions to problems, and commit to making progress towards your goals. You’ll be challenged and supported and your happiness and success will be the shared focus.
I have a Masters degree in Higher Education Student Personnel and have worked at colleges and universities for the past 8 years, coaching and developing college students on their personal and professional journey.
I became a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education in June 2017 and have worked with coaching clients formally and informally since then.
I currently serve as a Career Coach for Rutgers University – New Brunswick Office of Career Exploration & Success, providing guidance and support to individuals on their career journey, figuring out what they want to do and how to get there.
I’ve dedicated my life to cultivating individual development through goal setting, action plans, accountability, and nonjudgmental support.
You’ll get accountability, motivation, support, and a sounding board to process thoughts and ideas. You’ll gain new habits, maybe ditch some old habits, increase your organization, and create clarity on how you want to spend your time, energy and attention on a daily basis. You’ll get the opportunity to stop procrastinating on those really important to-do list items (you, your well-being, your biggest dreams and goals) and start taking action and making progress.
This is a challenge-by-choice experience. You’re in complete control at all times. If you feel like you need to step away or stop coaching at any time, you’re free to do so. You simply don’t schedule your next session. And you can always come back. But I have a feeling, if you’re as ambitious as I know you are, you’re gonna wanna stick around and see your goals through with a solid action plan and some lifestyle transformations, new habits and newfound energy and motivation. It’s always about what YOU want though, so remember that; this is your life – I’m just here to advocate for you keeping yourself as a priority.
